Join us on Sunday 6/29 for a sweet run! Run or Walk 3.1 miles and finish with a fun finisher's medal and a sweet treat. Lactose & Vegan options available.
What to expect?
A Timed Run with Live Results
Early Registrants receive a Shirt or Tank. We do our best to accommodate those who register later and extra shirts will be available on a first come, first served basis. We also may have shirts from other events we will bring :)

Ice Cream, You scream, We all SCREAM of ICE CREAM! Welcome to our 3rd ICE CREAM 5k at Duke Island Park. Join the Live Run Give LLC crew for a fun event with the sweetest treat! Run, walk or dance 3.1 miles around the flat paths of the BEAUTIFUL Duke Island Park, finish with a sweet treat! Vegan/Dairy Free options available.
Unique finisher's medals, shirt, fun family-friendly experience with a competitive flair. Age group awards,
Finisher's Medal and Ice Cream included with your registration.

Awards Start approximately 1 Hour after start time.
Runners must be present for awards OR must make arrangements with staff. We may not always be able to mail out awards after the fact. Thank you so much for understanding.
