Race Details- Come out and celebrate Burlington Day with us by starting the day off with running Third State’s 5K. A flat and fast 5K through beautiful historic Burlington, NJ with gorgeous views of the Delaware River. After the race Legend's Pizza will be providing all runners with some of their delicious pizza and then join us for the after party at Third State Brewing and we will celebrate our fitness victory! **Please remember to bring your ID if you plan on partaking in an after race brew!
Course Support- There will be one water stop at the half way point. All runners and walkers must complete the course within 1 hour or keep a 19 minute per mile pace. After 1 hour the course will reopen to regular traffic.
Date and Time – Race day packet pick-up and registration is from 8:45am-9:45am. Race begins at 10:00am.
Registration- This race sold out last year! The race is capped at 400 and participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register online. For all others, registration will start on race day at 8:45am at the Riverfront Promenade. Pint glasses will give for first 400 registrants.
Registration amounts and dates- 5K-- $25 from 2/1 until 3/15, $30 until 4/15, $35 until 5/18 and Race Day Registrations $40 per person from 8:45am - 9:45 am.
Award categories- Prizes for Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall. Additional prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, male and female in the following age groups: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
After the race: Join us after the race at the Third State Brewing (352 High Street, Burlington, NJ) for an award ceremony and post-race festivities which will include a photo booth and more! Enjoy food, music, and raffled door prizes!

Parking- Free parking available off of High Street and another large lot behind Brick Wall Restaurant.
Additional info- The race is a part of Burlington Day! After the race and post-race festivities at Third State Brewing, come join the fun at the Riverfront Promenade where there will be a kite flying event, food trucks, children’s activities, sidewalk sales and much, much, more! *Walkers and Runners with strollers are welcome to join the race, however we ask that you please line up behind the runners at the start. *Dogs are not allowed to run the race however, they are more than welcome to spectate as long as they are leashed.

TOL provides health and wellness services, as well as, youth and family education services. With basketball and baseball as our primary sports, we provide both competitive as well as recreational activities. Once a year TOL honors one student with a unique background and dedication to TOL education programs with a $2000 scholarship as they transition to college.
