Meet our Ambassador: Alijah Clark
We are proud to welcome Camden native and Dallas Cowboy's Alijah Clark as the official Ambassador for this year's Mindful Miles 5K. Alijah's commitment to mental health awareness is deeply personal. During his high school football career, he faced his own battle with depression and began learning coping strategies through therapy, In that journey, he realized he was not alone and made a decision to use his voice to help others.
That decision led to the creation of Behind Da Visor, an initiative focused on breaking the silence and stigma surrounding mental health in athletes, Since the age of 17, Alijah has been dedicated to creating a space where athletes of all backgrounds feel supported, heard, and empowered to speak openly about their mental health.
His mission aligns powerfully with Mindful Miles, bringing awareness, fostering understanding, and encouraging our community to prioritize mental wellness.
