3 separate races in 3 running disciplines

1 unique day at 1 venue
Challenge yourself to 1 Track Mile, 1 Road Mile, and 1 X-Country Mile.
All 3 miles will be started and timed separately from one another with cumulative times provided and used for scoring. All 3 miles must be started and completed within the Starting Block and Finish Cutoff.
Starting Block - 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Finish Cutoff - Noon
