Virtual Run Info:
What is a virtual run?
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Then you will submit your results on the platform.
What is the time range for completing the run?
The time range to run your virtual run and submit your time is from 9/12/20 to 9/20/20.
Are there specific parameters around where they can run? Most virtual races allow any run of the distance, but some will offer a few "courses" that runners can follow.
We expect you to run the 5K distance. It will be based on your honesty. You can use your phone, smartwatch to map out your course or you can map it out before on your computer.
What swag can the runner expect, and when and how will they get it?
We will communicate with you as the race date arrives.
