Description
The race will take place in Johnson Park in Jackson, NJ on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Course is fast and flat! Starts in Johnson Park, takes you through local streets, then ends back in the park. This is a USATF-certified course. Immediately prior to the 5K, there will be a Kid's Dash! All ages are welcome.
***COSTUMES ENCOURAGED!***
Register early! 5K fee (adults) is $35 through 9/30/24; fee increases to $40 on 10/1/24. The cost of the Kid's Dash is $10 (t-shirt not included).
Free race t-shirt for 5K participants guaranteed through 9/30/24 though we will do our best to accommodate all registrants. ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES 10/26/24 at 9:00 PM.
You may register ON-SITE at Johnson Park on the day of the event starting at 8:00 AM. On-site fee for the 5K is $40 and Kid's Dash is $10. Credit card payments preferred.

This is a chipped race. All awards are based on chip time. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall winners are not eligible for age division awards.

Race History & Proceeds
Beginning as an Eagle Scout Project in 2020 by Jackson Resident and Eagle Scout Gavin Kohute, the
ANNUAL EAGLE FIRST RESPONDERS 5K is an opportunity for residents of Jackson and the
surrounding towns to come together for a healthy, family-friendly activity building community spirit
on a USATF-certified 5K course.
Proceeds benefit local organizations including BSA Scout Troops 204
& 402, Jackson Mills Volunteer Fire Company Station 54, and Jackson PBA 168
