Plans are underway for our 5th Annual Sam Liss 5K, in-person! Participants will also have the option to run or walk (virtually) in a socially distant location of your choice. Registrants will receive a long-sleeve tech shirts. Please register by October 7th to guarantee a shirt.  Feel free to wear costumes!  We'll have a parade around the track at the conclusion of the race! Race fee $30 in advance; $40 day of.

All proceeds benefit Breaking the Chain through Education, a non-profit organization based in New Jersey that is dedicated to eradicating child slavery in Ghana, West Africa. Sam Liss, Metuchen High School Class of 2010, was one of the founding members of the BTCTE at Metuchen High School. He tragically passed away from cancer in 2017. This event honors him and the organization he supported.
