Bighearted 5K

Run or walk the Bighearted 5K with HCMA! 

The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association (HCMA) provides support, advocacy, and education to patients, families, the medical community, and the public about hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and all thick heart muscle disorders, while supporting research and fostering the development of treatments. Join the HCMA's annual 5K around Morristown to help keep families whole...one step at a time.

We are offering fundraising incentives! Please share a link to your fundraiser via social media, email, or text with your family and friends to help raise money for this cause. You can find the link to your personal fundraiser in the confirmation email from RunSignUp once you register for the race. 

Personal Fundraising Incentives: 

• $150: Your race registration fee will be refunded. 
• $300: We will honor you with a "thank you" sign set up along the route or you can dedicate a sign to a loved one with HCM. 
• $750: You will receive a HCMA 5K sweatshirt. 
• $1,000: You will receive two (2) HCMA gala tickets being held on October 18th, 2025.

  • Date & Time: Saturday, October 18th, 2025 | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• Race Day Packet Pick-Up Information:
  • Location: 45 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960
  • Date & Time: Sunday, October 19th, 2025 | 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Parking Information: 

• Parking will be available on the street (Woodland Ave), at the municipal building (50 Woodland Ave), at Ginty Pool, and the Woodland School (21 Johnston Drive). 

Please note that t-shirts will only be available to order up until October 2nd. After October 2nd, you will not be guaranteed a t-shirt with entry.
