For athletes pre K - 8th grade (ages 4-14):
World Athlete® Track Academy promotes healthy lifestyles and lifelong recreation through the sport of track and field. With age appropriate training and equipment, young athletes enjoy learning track & field basic skills along with personal fitness strategies. Children are coached in sprinting, hurdling, jumping, relays, weight training and conditioning. Age-appropriate equipment is used. The sessions improve athletic performance, fine motor skills, balance, coordination, team building and self esteem. Each session is 45 minutes. In the event of a session cancellation, there will be 1 make-up session after the completion of the program.
EVENING PROGRAMS - TRACK AND CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING
5 weeks - Practices are twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays)
These groups meet at Laurel Acres Park (Church St. entrance) in Mt. Laurel. Pick the time and day of the session you want. Once a week or twice a week sessions are available. There will only be a maximum of 44 children per session. Distance Running/Cross Country program is for children age 9 and up.

AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS (for children in Mt. Laurel Public Schools):
Mondays- Countryside & Hartford
Tuesdays - Parkway & Springville
Wednesdays- Fleetwood & Larchmont
Thursday- Hillside
Parent pick-up is required. Aftercare students returned to Aftercare staff at end of session. Minimum of 6 students/school is required.
