YWCA Princeton's Steps 4 Equity Walkathon

Racial justice won’t wait—and neither should you. This April, take a stand and take action with Steps 4 Equity, YWCA Princeton’s month-long movement to engage, educate, and empower our community. Whether you participate in one step or all four, your involvement makes a difference.  

Join us for our VIRTUAL Steps 4 Equity Walkathon: Walk solo or form a team to raise awareness and funds for YWCA Princeton’s racial justice initiatives. Every step counts! Prizes awarded for top fundraisers, most miles walked, and biggest teams! 

Cost:

• Early Bird Registration before Monday March 31st: $10
• Registration fee after Sunday March 30th: $15
• Upon registering you will get your own fundraising page which will allow you to collect donations. 
• If you would like to participate in the walkathon but are unable to pay the registration fee, please note that scholarships are available. We encourage you to reach out to us at Development@ywcaprinceton.org for more information.

Day/ Time: Walking/ Running can take place any time from Monday March 31st - Thursday April 24th.  You can enter your distance all at once or on multiple days.

Teams:  Individuals may form or join teams if they wish. 

Awards: Will be presented at our Rally for top fundraisers, most miles walked, and biggest teams on Friday, April 25th.

Giveaway: All participants who register will receive a complimentary t-shirt! However, if you register after Friday, Aprill 11th, T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed. T-shirts can be picked up at the Rally. If you are unable to attend the Rally, please reach out to us at Development@ywcaprinceton.org to schedule pickup at our office.
