Building Bots, Building Futures!

Not only are we hosting the 6th Annual Robot Run 5K and Kids Fun Run (1 mile) but we have MORE!

- We will have many colleges/universities in attendance and ready to meet you and answer questions! (Drexel, TCNJ, Rowan, Stockton, Widener, Salem Community College just to name a few)
- Make sure to build and bring a LEGO creation by 10am so you can be judged on appearance, design, neatness, care of construction, use of color and degree of difficulty. You can win a prize! 
- We will have Yoga in the Park - come relax with us!
- Enjoy playing with our remote control vehicles and race around the track!
- Many different STEAM activities will be available to engage young minds and have fun with Technology!
- The Gloucester Bomb Squad will be onsite to show off and demo their BIG robots!
- Come out and learn about the different FIRST Robotic Programs and see if you'd like to join or get involved!
- Furthermore, we will have the Kona Truck onsite ready to deliver you the water ice of your dreams!

*1 Mile Youth Fun Run is for kids 14 & under. Please register by 11/1 to be guaranteed a race shirt*

South Jersey Robotics (SJR) is a 100% volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing opportunities for Gloucester, Cumberland, Camden and Salem County K – 12 students. SJR student participants benefit from our many STEAM programs, camps, and activities. Our mission is to inspire and empower young people to be excited about exploring science and technology through mentor-based programs that build confidence, inspire innovation, develop leaders, and build STEAM skills.
