This is a benefit/donation event for Albuquerque Police S.W.A.T Officer Dominque Perez. Please join us on Saturday, October 24, 2015 to help Support Officer Dominique Perez and bring awareness to his case. While performing his duties as a tactical team member, he was invovled in a shooting in March 2014. Due to immense scrutiny and coverage from the media, the judge assigned to this case has chosen to indict and charge Officer Perez. The charges may be motivated mostly by politics, however the danger to Officer Perez' livelihood and freedom is very real. Lets join in brotherhood and camaraderie for Officer Perez! All funds made from this event will go to help support Officer Perez' defense fund. The course is around the Albuquerque Academy. All Participants will recieve a T-shirt. Children under 13 are free and do not need to register. Visit our Facebook page at Facebook page! Before joining the Albuquerque Police Department, Dominique served our country in the United States Marine Corps during which he served two deployments in Iraq. He was wounded during his second deployment and received the Purple Heart. He joined the Albuquerque Police Department 9 years ago, and shortly after that was selected to be a part of the S.W.A.T. team. Dominique has always felt the duty to serve, protect and defend citizens. He is a person who has always shown integrity and loyalty. Not only to the citizens and other members of his team but to the Albuquerque Police Department. He's supported by his wife of 14 years and their 3 beautiful children.
