Attendees of the 2025 USPHS Scientific & Training Symposium, friends and family, and residents of Albuquerque (June 9-12 in Albuquerque, NM) are encouraged to participate in the Surgeon General's 5k on Monday, June 9th at 6:00 am!
Event Information
Race Day Registration: Monday, June 9, 2025 from 5:30 - 6:00 AM
Early Bib Pick-Up: Albuquerque Convention Center, Sunday, June 8 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Awards: Overall M&F 1st place will be awarded at 7:00 AM
1st Place winners in M&F 10 year age groups will also be awarded at 7:00 AM
The remote race will take place Sunday June 8 - Saturday June 14.
Buses will be available from the Convention Center to and from the race start line.
Registration is free!
- T-Shirts are free for in person participants, but we have a limited number available. Make sure you sign up early to ensure you get your shirt!
- Remote runners have the option of purchasing shirts for $26 (includes shipping)
- Medals are available for purchase and will cost $10 in person or when combined with a shirt purchase for the remote race, $15 if remote race only to cover shipping. Order by April 20 to ensure you get a medal, after that only a limited number will be available.
