Virtual 19th Walk/Run for Families in Crisis

Sat May 22, 2021 Anywhere, TX 79902 US
Description

Join the Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home for our VIRTUAL 19th Annual Walk/Run for Families in Crisis happening all day Saturday, May 22, 2021. Participate with friends and family in a 5K competitive run or walk one mile anywhere you'd like for a good cause! All proceeds from this event directly benefit the children and families we serve and help cover the cost of meals we provide for them throughout the year.

Due to logistics such as COVID-19-related safety precautions and timing, we decided to keep our event virtual this year. Last year was our first time going virtual, and we were so grateful to see participants still enjoy themselves from their respective running/walking places!

The first 300 people to register will receive 19th Annual Walk/Run for Families in Crisis T-shirts. You can participate as an individual or as a team. (There must be a minimum of 10 members per team in order to pay the reduced entry fee.) We strongly encourage teams and individuals to follow the city’s COVID-19 safety guidelines in regards to social distancing or other measures effective on May 22. Please visit EPStrong.org for the latest information.

There will be awards (trophies and medals), giveaways and contest prizes! Instructions on how to submit your runtime will be emailed closer to our event.

For questions, please email vmolinar@leemoor.org or rtanner@leemoor.org
