Bataan Marchers -- COME RUCK WITH US ON SATURDAY....!!! *If unable to attend, feel free to ruck in your area and post about it and tag us or use #EveryDayIsMemorialDay!*
IN-PERSON
- WHEN: Saturday
- TIME: 8:00 AM
- WHERE: Aguirre Spring Campground - Pine Tree Trail.
- PARKING: $5 paid to the park
- GEAR/supplies: Bring everything you need! We will be supplying Memories of Honor Fallen Hero Memorial Bibs & safety pins.
- TRAIL: a 4-mile loop with 1,050 feet elevation. Do as many or as few laps as you like.
- ADDRESS: 15000 Aguirre Spring Rd. Organ, NM (Las Cruses)

ABOUT MOH
Memories of Honor (formerly known as Medals of Honor) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit in the state of TN #47-5273214. We honor our fallen military and the families they leave behind through sports, entertainment, and special events to help heal the invisible wounds of war for both surviving family members and veterans. Memories of Honor acts as a living breathing memorial so that no loss of life during service to our country is forgotten.

WHY PARTICIPATE WITH MEMORIES OF HONOR?
Long after the casseroles and sympathy cards stop coming and the rest of the world has moved on often families of fallen military feel alone and isolated in their grief. For many, their greatest fear is that their loved one's service, sacrifice, and life will be forgotten. These families are truly the forgotten casualties of war.

- Who can join the fundraising team?
- Anyone who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves and make an even bigger impact in the lives of our surviving family members and veterans.
- Are sponsored families/veterans required to fundraise?
- Absolutely NOT!
- Is there a fundraising minimum?
- No. You can raise as much or as little as you like.
- Is my team registration fee tax-deductible?
- Yes, $10 of your registration fee is tax-deductible, the other $15 is not since you are receiving a t-shirt as part of your registration.
- Is my entry fee or travel covered by becoming a fundraiser?
- No, you are responsible for your own expenses. However, we do offer a $100 gift card for those who reach or surpass $775.00 in fundraising.
- Do I have to march with the team or can I go at it alone?
- Everyone is welcome to march or run at their own pace. This is solely a way for you to be part of our MOH family at Bataan and make an even bigger impact on the families and veterans that we serve.
- Are there tools to help me fundraise?
- Yes, you will have your own fundraising page, you can also link it to your Facebook page and you will have access to visuals from our Straight Outta Bataan team page that you can share. We can also provide you with a "tool kit" with ideas to help raise money. But again, you can be as active or as inactive with this fundraiser as you like. So, no pressure.
