The Dyngus Day Dash

Be part of our newest 5K run...The Dyngus Day 5K through the streets of Buffalo, NY!

Get out your water guns...grab your pussy willows and get ready to run through the streets and enjoy one of Buffalo's unique events.

April 21, 2025. Start is at 11:00AM.  Race Start/ Finish will be at The Central Terminal, Downtown Buffalo.

Packet Pickup 
Meet us at The Central Terminal for packet pickup from 9:00am-10:45am!

Race Day Registration 
Cost: $40

Race course 5 KM. The course is a winding 5-kilometer route through the streets of Buffalo, NY.  You can find the map here: map

Awards
10 Year Age Groups from 10 & Under through 70 & Over
A signature beer at post race party, hot dogs, fruit, yogurt and water
One of a kind post-race get together at The Central Terminal with food, friends, and frivolity!

The race is family and stroller friendly!

Volunteers are welcome, needed and encouraged!  If you have friends and family coming out to support you on your big day how about having them volunteer as well!! Any volunteers are welcome at our post-race party and can enjoy great food and drink.

Any high school or youth group volunteers who show up can bring along any volunteer/service hour forms to be signed and we will be sure to give you the hours you so deserve.
