Race Day Schedule

 

6:15 - 7:30 am: Registration Packet & Chip Pick up open (bring ID & USAT Card)

6:30 - 7:45 am:  Transition opens.  

7:30 am: Athlete meeting at Transition

7:30 am: Transition closes. ALL athletes must exit

7:50 am: “Count In”. Final reminders at water

8:00 am: Intermediate Race begins

8:30 am: Sprint Race begins

9:00 am: Vendor Expo Opens

11:00 am: Awards & Post-Race

12:30 pm: Race closes/ Vendor Expo closes

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds & Transfers

Refunds:
Optional Registration Insurance is provided at the time of registration. No refunds other than through the insurance are allowed. Please refer to Insurance Confirmation email to make a claim.

Deferrals:
Deferrals to 2025 are allowed through July 31st and can be accomplished through the website. There will be a $30 charge to defer.

Event Transfers*:
Athletes can initiate a transfer to a different Summer Sizzler event distance by logging into their Runsignup account. Select the Event > "Manage Registration" > "Transfer Event".
