Description

The 13.1 Half Marathon includes a portion that is flat, a portion with rolling hills, a portion that runs along the Hudson River and includes the steep/challenging Hook Mountain. It is USATF Certified.

The 5K course is flat and fast around Rockland Lake.

Start Times Half Marathon* – 8:00AM**; 5K Run– 8:00AM; Kids Run - 7:30AM

Registration Fees

RRR members through May 4th; $50 for USATF Certified ½ Marathon*; $30 for 5K

Non-RRR members thru May 4th (online - closes at 11:59 PM); $60 for USATF Certified ½ Marathon*; $35 for 5K

After May 4th  12:00 am  (including Race Day) Only in Person Registration: $65 for USTAF Certified ½ Marathon; $40 for 5K

Kids Run $2.00

**Arrive before 8AM on race day to avoid NYS State Park imposed parking fees.

For non-runners, United Hospice of Rockland will be offering a concurrent 5K Walk. Course

Both events start and finish at Rockland Lake State Park, NORTH parking lot. The 13.1 Half Marathon course is challenging and a portion runs along the scenic Hudson River.* 5K Run course is flat and fast around Rockland Lake. Remember to get to the parking lot prior to 8:00 am, and earlier, to avoid parking fees and crowds.
