The Half Marathon  route starts at the Rockland Lake north parking lot, does a single loop of the lake on the bike path and then turns onto Rockland Lake Road. We proceed along the road through rolling hills south to Landing Road and then down (and we mean down) to the footpath along the river where we turn and head north toward Haverstraw this out and back sections turns around at the point where the trail widens and becomes paved and then heads back south along the trail toward Rockland Lake race up the hill and then with a right turn head down to the finish line at the north lot outside the Rockland Lake pavilion.

The 5K is a family friendly run that comprises a single loop around the lake.  The lake bike path is flat and for speedsters a great place to set a personal best, and for family and friends of all ages an easy way to get that New Years resolution under the belt.
