2nd Annual Motivate 5K Walk/Run

MOTIVATE Physical Therapy's second annual 5K Walk/Run is Saturday, September 21st, 2024. Inspired by personal and clinical experience, this year's event will raise money for Alzheimer's disease charities. September 21st is World Alzheimer's Day, a time to raise global awareness of the challenges faced by people with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia, their families and caregivers.
