Description
The Flyers Charities Halloween 5K is a fun-filled day for competitive runners and families alike. The race will take place on October 25, 2014 and will begin and end at the Wells Fargo Center. Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes and/or Flyers gear while enjoying the company of their friends, family, and neighbors from the community. The male and female race winners in four age categories will receive two tickets to a mutually agreed upon Flyers Regular Season Home Game during the 2014-15 Season. Prizes will also be awarded for top costumes. The event will also feature a family fun area with inflatables, face painters, pumpkin painting and other fun activities. Net proceeds benefit Flyers Charities, a division of Comcast-Spectacor Charities, to help support local non-profit organizations in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
