HPTA Scholarship Fund 5k

Please help our students!  

Each year, the Hyde Park Teachers’ Association awards 5-7 graduating seniors with a $1000 scholarship from our HPTA Scholarship Fund. This fall we are again hoping to raise enough money so that our 2022 students can also benefit from this wonderful opportunity. This will be our 3rd year doing our HPTA VIRTUAL RUN/WALK.  We are calling all runners, walkers, and hikers to sign up!  This time of year is great to be outside and what better way to help others, be with family, and stay healthy.  

The cost is $20 per person to participate.  Participants can do the 3.1 miles in chunks, or all at once. We are also offering an awesome t-shirt for an additional cost. All proceeds go to benefit the HPTA Scholarship Fund. If you are uninterested in the physical aspect of the fundraiser, but still wish to contribute financially to our goal, you can make a donation as well.

Grab a pair of sneaks, someone you are close to, sign up, and then walk/run. It’s that simple.  We hope you can join us!  See you around town, or on the trails!

Please complete the distance by the end of October. Then if you want, post your times and any pictures of participants who completed the walk/run (No prizes for this event).
