Description
The Loudonville Lion Dash is a family-friendly event for the Loudonville Elementary School community, at which students participate in timed races ranging from a half-mile to a full mile. The event is also one of the primary fundraisers for the Loudonville Elementary PTA that provides support for programs and resources at Loudonville Elementary School.
T-shirts will be available for purchase. Please note that T-shirts are not guaranteed to be available for purchase for those who register on the day of the event.
The event itself is scheduled for Sunday May 4, 2025 from 2:00 PM until about 4:00 PM at the track stadium on the Shaker High School and Shaker Middle School campus. I have reserved the space starting at 12:00 PM to start setting up.
There are 3 different races at the event.
Race 1: K and 1st Grade 0.5 mile (Awards for top 3 Boys and top 3 Girls)
Race 2: 2nd and 3rd Grade 0.75 mile (Awards for top 3 Boys and top 3 Girls)
Race 3: 4th and 5th Grade 1.0 mile (Awards for top 3 Boys and top 3 Girls)
