Personalized Bib Cut-off Date

In order to receive a personalized bib, you will need to register for one of the Suffolk County races by September 29, 2017.

Computerized Timing by Just Finish Inc. using the RFID Ultra timing system (with the chip built into the bib number)

Complete results will be posted online within 24 hours. USATF-LI Grand Prix race.

Medals to All Finishers! Awards to first ten male & female in full marathon, half marathon and 5K, top three male & female veterans, top three male & female U.S. active armed services, and top three male & female clydesdale and athena divisions. Awards to first three male & female finishers in age-groups: 12 & under (5K),13-15 (half & 5K), 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74,75-79, 80-84, 85 & over, plus first male and female wheelchair finisher.
Clydesdale Divisions - Men: 185 to 199 lbs.; 200 lbs. and over.
Athena Divisions - Women: 140 to 159 lbs.; 160 lbs. and over.

Transfers

Person to person bib transfers are not allowed. Please do not illegally give your bib to someone if you cannot run. This insures athletes are properly accounted for in the appropriate age groups as well as properly registered in the event of a medical emergency where they may become unable to communicate with the first responders.

Please be aware giving or selling your bib could be cause for disqualification from future events.

Event Changes

Before 9/29/2017 you may login to your RunSignUp account and change races for no fee when changing to a race that is less expensive. When changing to a race that is more expensive The difference in registration fee will be charged.

After 9/29/17 you can only change races at the Expo.

There are no refunds when changing to a race that is less expensive. 

There WILL be a $10 charge to change races at the EXPO or on the day of the race.

Fundraising

You can fundraise as an individual or a team. You will need to set up a charity for your fundraising. E-mail the GLIRC office at glirc@aol.com for assistance in setting up the charity. The charity will need to be set up in our registration system prior to donations being made. It is a simple process and the GLIRC office will be happy to assist. Once the charity is set up, anyone can select your charity as the recipient of a donation.
