We’ve mapped out a 1-ish mile loop for participants to run or walk. The event starts at 9:00 AM and will continue until all the boxes are filled. Here’s the fun part:

• For every loop you complete, you’ll earn a square on one of our Super Bowl boards.
  
  
• We have 4 boards, meaning there are 400 boxes up for grabs!
  
  
• Amazing prizes from our friends at Brooks await the lucky winners.

The boards will be set up outside the store, and after each loop, a volunteer will write your bib # in an available square. Once the boards are filled, we’ll randomly draw numbers and post the completed boards on our social media channels so you can follow the action during the Big Game. Check out the links to our Facebook and Instagram accounts below, and make sure to follow us!

 Prizes - which will be adult-size Brooks items like gloves, socks, apparel, etc. - will be awarded after each quarter.

Want to earn TWO boxes for each loop you complete instead of just one? Grab a multiplier bracelet when you spend $200+ on Brooks products at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie between 2/1 - 2/8. Be sure to show your multiplier bracelet to the volunteer working the boards so they mark you down for two boxes!

We're looking for FOUR volunteers to help with writing down bib #'s in boxes. And there are some perks to volunteering!

• Volunteers will each earn a square just for helping out. Your bib # will be placed on the boards before the run begins.
  
  
• The volunteer shifts will be in 30-minute windows, and you can sign up for more than one window. This means that you can still run and earn additional squares for yourself. You'll have options galore: run for a bit, then volunteer; volunteer first and then run; or run, volunteer, and then run again!
  
  
• All volunteers will also receive a pair of Brooks socks.

If you signed up but can no longer make it to the event, please let us know by 9:00 AM on Friday, 2/7, so we can issue a refund and open up the spot for someone else. Simply email us at info@fleetfeetpoughkeepsie.com and provide us with the name you used to register. 

Will the event be cancelled due to incliment weather?
This event will happen rain, shine, snow, or sleet. There is no alternate date for this run since the Super Bowl game is that evening. Participants shoud use their judgement for what feels safe for them.

I registered, but now I can't make it. Can I transfer my bib to someone else?
No. Unfortunately, bib transfers are not allowed for this event. Per the above section, if you email us by 9:00 am on Friday, 2/7, we will issue a refund and open up your spot for someone else. The email address is: Info@fleetfeetpoughkeepsie.com.

Is there a waitlist if the event sells out? 
We will not have a waitlist for this event. 

Will there be fuel/water along the course?
If you anticipate needing any water or fuel, you should bring what you'll need. We won't be providing that for this event. You can easily store your stuff near the start/finish for easy access after each loop.

Will there be a bathroom available?
We will have a portable toilet near the side entrance of the store available for use during the event.
