Prepare for our favorite autumnal race with this 8-week coached training program. Due to popular demand, we will be offering two separate sessions – a Tuesday night group and a Wednesday night group. Each group will meet on their respective mid week evening at 6:00 pm and then come together on Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. All workouts will be conducted with a fun/supportive atmosphere. There will be ample face to face interactions with our coaches and we will have running-related clinics on topics such as race preparation, stretching, injury prevention and more.
When registering, please choose the Tuesday Night or Wednesday Night group. You will not be attending both mid week evening workouts. Each group will be capped at 50 participants so it is important that you commit to the evening that works best for your schedule.
This training program is designed to get you ready for The Feast 5-Miler on Thanksgiving Day. Participants should be comfortable with the 5K distance prior to signing up and looking to run faster or farther, as this is not a "Learn to Run" program.
