The Rochester Marathon offers a Full Marathon, Half Marathon, Marathon Relay and 5K, making it a race for every kind of runner. It is a 2020 Boston Marathon qualifier.
The first day of the event includes the final 1.2 miles of the Kid's Marathon Program (that kicks off on Sunday, August 18th) and the Rochester 5K, which begins at Frontier Field and brings runners through the historic High Falls District before bringing them onto the Inner Loop and finishing back at Frontier Field.
The second day includes a Half Marathon (13.1 Mile), a Full Marathon (26.2 Mile) and a Marathon Relay. It features a beautiful, scenic course that captures highlights of our great City of Rochester. Runners or walkers start in Maplewood Park and go on a tour of the north side of Rochester, where they will traverse over 4 different bridges, with the historic Genesee River as a major feature.
Gender-specific, long sleeve technical tops to all Marathon/Half Marathon/Marathon Relay registrants. Short sleeve cotton t-shirts to all 5K registrants.
*Sizes are guaranteed to all those registered by 8/16/19. After that, they will be first come/first served at the expo. So register early!
Participants who are registered for any event by August 16, 2019 will get their name pre-printed on a custom bib.
