We’re excited to announce that at this year’s America's VetDogs 5K Run and Dog Walk on September 28th, participants can enjoy an exhilarating post-run recovery session, courtesy of our generous sponsor, The Recovery Lounge of Bridgehampton!

After crossing the finish line, treat your body to a refreshing cold plunge, renowned for its ability to reduce inflammation, speed up recovery, and leave you feeling revitalized. In addition, they will be offering complimentary wellness shots of B12 and Vitamin C to boost your energy and wellness.

The Recovery Lounge is the Hamptons’ premier destination for recovery therapy, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Their facility offers a variety of services, including infrared and traditional saunas, as well as cold water immersion tubs, all designed to optimize the Nordic Method for health and wellness.

Participate in the AVD Run and Dog Walk to support our veterans and honor the memory of fallen loved ones. This meaningful event provides an opportunity for community members to come together, enjoy a healthy activity, and show their appreciation for the sacrifices made by our service members.

As a special tribute,  when you register to honor a fallen loved one- each participant will receive a flag to plant in the ground. This flag serves as a personal memorial to honor a fallen loved one, creating a powerful visual tribute to those who have given their lives in service to our country.
