Description
Join us for the inaugural Battle of the Branches 5K on Saturday November 9, 2024 ahead of the CNY Veterans Parade and Expo at the NY State Fairgrounds (Syracuse). Choose which Branch (Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard or Space Force) team you want to run with. Each of the 6 teams will have there own unique headband. All participants will receive the same custom shirt.
This race will benefit Feed Our Vets, an organization dedicated to serving our military veterans in the United States, their spouses and children, whose circumstances have left them on the battlefield of hunger, and to involve the public in fighting Veteran hunger.

Food Drive- Feed Our Vets
At the race, we will be collecting canned food and non-perishable foods for our vets!
Please bring food items to the race for a chance to win a future Willow Running 5K race!

Saturday November 9th 9:00am-10:10am at the Center of Progress Bldg, NYS Fairgrounds, Solvay, NY 13209
Donations for Feed Our Vets
Runners can bring non expired nonperishable goods for donation. You are welcome to bring to either packet pickup event (Thursday or Saturday AM)
Parking
All non-veteran runners should park in the Brown Lot at the NYS Fairgrounds. Runners who serve/served in one of the 6 Branches can park in the Pink Lot if so desired.
