Chimpanzee SAFE Fun Run

Become a Chimpanzee Champion by participating in this fun run for chimpanzee conservation!  By signing up to walk, jog, or run this virtual 5K event, you can help save wild chimpanzees and their habitat. 

The race is organized by the Chimpanzee SAFE (Saving Animals From Extinction) program and proceeds will benefit our amazing conservation partners: the Tonkolili Chimpanzee Project, Goualougo Triangle Ape Project, and the Ngogo Chimpanzee Project. Thank you for joining us as we work to save chimpanzees!

With your registration, you will receive a race packet containing a commemorative wooden medal and a sticker sheet featuring our field partner logos. You will also be entered in a raffle to win a one of a kind poster from the 2007 Mind of the Chimpanzee conference, signed by Jane Goodall along with many other prolific primatologists. 

This year, we are also giving away a copy of the book Chimpanzees in Context to the participant with the fastest race time!
