Description
The CHWC Cardiology Clinic and Williams County Family YMCA have teamed up again for the 7th annual Run for Your Heart 5K/10K, and this year’s race will be a combination of virtual and in-person… runner’s choice!
In Person Event
Saturday, June 25, 2022 - Check-in 8:00-8:30am
8:45am - heart-to-heart talk on cardiovascular health
9:00am - Race begins
(Participants must be checked in by 8:30 a.m.)
Virtual Event
June 18-July 2, 2022 - Complete your 5K or 10K on your own time on the route of your choice or using the Run for Your Heart route.
Send your tracked run details (screenshot, smart watch/Fitbit, run app) to Ryan at ryans@wcymca.org
After the race on 6/23, and you submit your run information, your shirt will be available to pick up at the Williams County YMCA.
