The 32nd Annual Egg Nog Jog 5K Run/Walk

Come to Mt. Adams and join us for this annual holiday tradition. Scenic and challenging course begins at Jerome and St. Gregory and winds through Mt. Adams and Eden Park offering spectacular views of the city.

Distance:
5 Kilometers (5K) or about 3.1 miles. There are Running and Walking divisions.
Run Divisions:
15/under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. Overall, Masters, Grand Masters.
Walk Divisions:
Walk Divisions: 29/under, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over (new in 2016)
Chip Timing:
This year's race will be accurately "chip timed" using MyLaps Bib Tag technology. No need to return timing chips!
Awards:
Top Male and Female runners and walkers. Top male and female masters (40 and over), Top male and female grand masters (50 and over), and top in each age division. Awards ceremony following the race. Note: Overall Winner awards are based on Gun Time. Age Group winners will be based on Chip Time. There will be a separate walk start.
Finisher Medals:
Custom finisher Medals.
After the Race:
Join us after race for the Awards Ceremony, Egg Nog, Food, Drink and Fun.
Costume Contest:
Awards to best holiday themed costumes as judged by participants
Door Prizes:
All entrants will be eligible for random Door Prizes. You must me present to win.

Race shirts are optional and available for only $17 while supplies last (Limited Supply). Additional for 2X and 3X
If you want a t-shirt, it is best to sign up early. We usually sell out.
Archived T-shirts:
A limited number of Classic T-shirts from our "Heritage Collection" are available in our Store. These are from previous races and are available for a reduced price.

Early Packet Pick up:
Packet Pick will be on Friday December 20, 2024 from 3pm-6pm at Fleet Feet Sports in Oakley located at 3235 Madison Rd Cincinnati, OH 45209. 513-321-7555. Please bring your confirmation to packet pick up.
Fleet Feet is offering a 20% discount on all apparel items for race participants during the packet pick up.

Chip Timing
Once again, this year's event will be timed by Running Time Race Services using MyLaps Disposable bib tags. The chip will be on the bib number. No need to turn in pull tags or return the timing chip.
