Special Coffee and Kilometers Group MOVEment!
Join us at the locally famous North Olmsted Fort Hill Steps in the beautiful Rocky River Reservation Saturday, February 15!
We will be meeting in the parking lot at the Rocky River Reservation in North Olmsted at 12:00PM
We will MOVE (walk, run) from about 12:00PM - 12:45PM and then hit the river nearby for an exhilarating polar plunge recovery!
** You can do whatever you wish at the park, however, I challenge you to climb the steps up and down at least one time! I will be going up and down at least five times and incorporating the awesome trails at the top and bottom for a run.
Make sure to bring a change of clothes and form of payment as after we finish, we will head to Rise and Grind Cafe in Berea!
*Everyone who comes I will be raffling off a few gift cards to Rise and Grind!
