Festival of PAWS Run & Walk

DESCRIPTION:
Join us on Saturday May 4th 2024 for the first annual Festival of PAWS. This is an un-timed, 1 mile – Fun Run and Walk. Runners, walkers and four legged best friends of all skill levels welcome. Small doggie strollers, costumes and best dressed attire welcome and encouraged. All proceeds raised at this event will support the building fund for our future spay neuter clinic.

RACE COURSE:
Participants will start at the Rogge Pavilion, behind OUZ / Zane State, and proceed around the Collegial Woods Trail. This is a relaxing tree lined gravel path that will loop up to the campus sidewalk bringing participants back to the pavilion. 

WHEN/WHERE:
Saturday May 4th 2024 at the OUZ / Zane State Campus, 1555 Newark Rd Zanesville OH. Race starts at 10am. 

RACE REGISTRATION:
Pre-register online at muskingummultisports.com. Day of race registration begins at 8:30 at the Rogge Pavilion.

AWARDS:
The first three finishers will be awarded a gift certificate to one of three local restaurants, The Barn, Muddy Misers, or Rake’s Place. Paw print medals will be awarded to the first 75 finishers to cross the finish line. Nonpaying dogs and children excluded.

FINISH LINE PERKS:
Finish line snacks, beverage and dog treats will be available at the conclusion of the race. 

ENTRY FEES:
Pre-registration $20.00. Day of race registration $25.00.
Companion dogs on leash or in strollers and children under 16 years of age free.
