Covid-19 Statement Update as of 10/1/2020:
We have been actively monitoring the pandemic situation and as promised, here is our decision. The 40th anniversary of the Run the Streets Woolaroc 8k will be held in-person on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 8:30 a.m. While we know there is no perfect answer, we hope those who feel comfortable will come out and join us at the most scenic race around.
We did explore the idea of staggered start times but in order to be respectful of Woolaroc’s public open time and other onsite events, we will not be using the official staggered approach. However, we have a large area at our start line, and we ask that all runner’s self-monitor by following these guidelines:
Before and after the race, please try to follow the same guidelines to ensure we can have a fun and safe event. So, lace up your shoes. We’re excited to see you!
