Run Walk Wag

3rd Annual RUN WALK WAG is a 5K and 1 mile fun run/walk to benefit Rescued N Ready, an animal rescue and adoption group run by volunteers. Rescued N Ready shows cats and dogs every Saturday at PETCO located on 41st Street (across from Promenade Mall) in Tulsa. RUN WALK WAG is also the graduation race for RoCo Fit, a free beginning fitness and exercise group sponsored by the Rogers County Health Department!

Packet pick up for RoCo Fit graduates will be Thursday, May 14th from 5-7 pm at the South pavilion of Claremore Lake Park. All other packet pickup will be race day (Friday, May 15th)starting at 4:30 pm at the South entrance of Claremore Lake Park. (Off Blue Starr Dr.)

Every 5k participant will receive a dog tag. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers of each standard age group. The overall top male and female finisher will receive a special award.

There will be a free bbq meal voucher for each registrant. Meals for non registrants can be purchased for $8 with all proceeds going to Rescued N Ready.

Dogs will be allowed in the 1 mile fun run, but not the 5k.

The 5k is a USATF sanctioned race and course.
