The Route 66 Relay is a point-to-point relay race tracing the most iconic stretch of America’s Mother Road — from Tulsa to Oklahoma City. Teams of 10 runners cover roughly 100 miles, starting at Cyrus Avery Centennial Plaza in Tulsa, the birthplace of the Mother Road, and passing through legendary landmarks including the Heart of Route 66, the Rock Cafe, the Threatt Filling Station, and the Round Barn in Arcadia before finishing in Bricktown, Oklahoma City. This race is more than a run — it’s a celebration of American heritage, community, and the open road.
