Description
New for 2025 – introducing the “Mayfit 5k and Fun Run”! Join us at the Tulsa Mayfest Arts and Music Festival for the first ever “Mayfit 5k and Fun Run”. The 5k course is a great tour of downtown Tulsa, passing some of the most iconic street murals and music and arts venues in the city. A special treat for our 5k participants is a special “lap” around the ONEOK Field concourse! On your way to the finish line, you will pass through several downtown Tulsa districts including beginning and ending in the Arts District, home of the Mayfest Festival, the Deco District, the Blue Dome District, Greenwood, OSU Tulsa and finally ending on North Main Street near the legendary Cains Ballroom.
All participants will receive a great Mayfest inspired shirt, finisher medal, and post-race food and beverages.
Post Race and Awards
Following the completion of the 5k and fun run, post race food and beverage will be available one block south of the finish line on Main Street (inside the festival footprint). Immediately after you complete your race, you will be presented with your race finisher medal and bottled water will be available. Other drinks including beer for those 21 and over will be available in the post-race part area on Main Street just south of the Finish Line near the corner of Main and Reconciliation Way. Bagels and cookies plus fruit will be available.
NOTE: IF YOU ARE 21 OR OVER AND WOULD LIKE A BEER AFTER THE RACE, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ID AND YOU MUST HAVE RECEIVED AN OVER 21 WRISTBAND ON THE MORNING OF THE RACE. OVER 21 WRISTANDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP TENT OR AT THE BEER TENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
At 9:10 am, awards will be presented near the post-race food and beverage area. Overall winners of he 5k as well as TOP 3 in each standard age group will receive an award. QR codes to scan to access race results will be posted throughout the area to check your time and placement.
