Description
The Inaugural Spring Fling 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Fun Run is a colorful event for the entire community.
The Spring Fling 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K will be held at West Salem High School in Salem, Oregon. The races start and finish on the high school track, with a course winding through parks, along city streets (sidewalks), and through the WSHS grounds. The course is hilly with mixed terrain (track, sidewalk, paved path).
The course includes 3 color stations along the route and a "Spring Fling Color Celebration" Activity Area.
There will be a race clock, however, this is not an officially timed event.
Runners/walkers of all abilities are welcome to join us for this colorful celebration and some springtime fun.
