Description
Dive into the most fun summer 5K in the area! Hit your running goals while helping to raise funds for the Shaw Park Project, which will be building a public pool and other recreation opportunities for all of Beaver County to enjoy.
This flat and fast course loops through Beaver, circles past the Beaver Track, and finished up at Shaw Park. After crossing the finish line, a summer splash party will be taking place. This includes:
-Funtastic Foam Party from 10-11 a.m.
-Sprinkler Systems
Food trucks (Big Sno, DeLina's Coffee, Papa Wood BBQ, Chick-Fil-A)
...and other fun post-race activities while we tally up results. We will have age group awards, as well as a "best summer costume" category. Think pool floaties, hawaiian shirts, and anything that screams "pool day" to you!

Day-Of Details
Packet Pickup:
Held 8/23 at The Grumpy Beaver Pub in Bridgewater from 5:30-7 p.m. We will have Josef DiPietrantonio as guest bartender, and be passing out race packets and good vibes!
Can't make it out? We will have packets available at Shaw Park on Saturday, 8/24 from 7:30 to race time.
Parking:
We will be using the new Poolhouse Parking Lot for food trucks, registration, etc. Please park in the high school auditorium lot, by the tennis courts, or on some side streets.
Race:
Both the 5k and the 1 mile walk will begin at 9 a.m. by the Beaver Poolhouse. Both loop through town and finish up in Shaw Park.
