Description
A 5K Walk/Run or 5 Mile Trail Run beginning and ending at Bedford Area Middle School and taking runners through Bedford, the Bedford Heritage Trail (for the 5K) and onto the Omni Bedford Springs Trails (5M only.) The 5K is a family-friendly event for runners and walkers of all ages and ability levels. The five-mile event is a more challenging run, with steep, mountainous terrain in some places. Something for everyone!
