COVID-19's Effects on the Strawberry Day 5K
It is with great disappointment that the National Running Center and The Gathering Place announce the cancellation of the 6th Annual Strawberry Day 5K. Due to the continuing effects of COVID-19 on our community, we found it to be in the best interest of our employees and participants to cancel this year's event.
Just because races are being cancelled doesn't mean you have to stop running! Staying healthy and stress free during this time is as important as ever. Go solo, but get out there! We wish the best to you and your families during this difficult time.
We hope to have the opportunity to bring the race back at some point in the future. Please stay tuned to our website and Facebook page.

Description
Come join us for a day of family fun at the 5th Annual Strawberry Day 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 27th! We will kick off the day with a 5K Run/Walk around the streets of Clarks Summit then have a Kids Fun Run afterwards.
The 5K Run/Walk will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
Course Information: The course is a challenging but fun course around the neighborhoods of Clarks Summit!
Kid's Fun Run will begin immediately following the 5K at approximately 10:00 am. The Fun Run is free of charge and will be a short straightaway on a closed street.
Race day registration will begin at 7:30am at The National Running Center: 318 Davis St. Clarks Summit, PA 18411
Packet pick up will be held Friday, June 26th at the National Running Center from 4pm-6pm. Packets can also be picked up starting at 7:30 am on the morning of the race.
