RUN/WALK IS RAIN OR SHINE!
9th Annual Jingle Bell 8K Run & 5K Walk
The Run will start at 9AM and you will be chipped timed from the moment you start and to the moment you stop!
Rolling start from 9am until all runners have cleared the starting area. Start line is on the Ironton Rail Trail by Saylor Park Kilns.
Walkers are NOT timed and we will start at 9AM after the last runner takes off

Awards:
Overall M&F 1st place $100; 2nd $50; 3rd $25; Top Two in each Age Group 19 and under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over
Entry:
Runners $35 till 11/19/2025 $40 after this date; Walkers $20 till 11/19/2025 $25 after this date
Shirts are only guaranteed to Runners and Walkers registered by 11/15/2025 NEW THIS YEAR IN ADDITION TO SHIRTS YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO GET A SHOPPING COOLER BAG INSTEAD OF A SHIRT TO REDUCE EXPENSES - IF YOU HAVE SHIRTS FROM PREVIOUS YEARS, PLEASE WEAR THEM!
PACKET PICK UP: Friday December 5th at the American Club 4-6PM; MORNING OF RACE STARTING AT 7:30 AM
Amenities:
8K course, flat and fast; starts right below the embankment on the IRT at the Coplay Pavilion – Ends at American Club. 5K Course is flat and dog & stroller friendly

The Whitehall Area Rotary Jingle Bell Run supports the Philanthropic efforts of the
- Whitehall Area Rotary Foundation
Since our founding we have supported the following financially:
- The Whitehall Food Pantry at St. Stephen on Mechanicsville Road (I personally volunteer every third Monday handing out Sr Boxes)
- The Whitehall Hunger Initiative at St. John the Baptist on Ruch Street
- The Catasauqua Food Bank
- The Whitehall Township Public Library
- The Catasauqua Public Library
- The Whitehall Area Christmas "Shop with a Cop" event – we buy the items for kids to shop with Whitehall Cops
- The Whitehall and Catasauqua Back to School Back Pack and School Supplies program. – Backpacks and snack bags for kids who are without these items to start school
- The Whitehall and Catasauqua School Winter Coats – donated winter coats to kids without warm coats
- Three Whitehall Area families displaced by fire in 2024 – donated funds and items in need
- Whitehall Parade
- Students who compete in the Rotary four-way speech contest – we award scholarships
- Ironton Rail Trail Bike Repair Station
