Description

Leave your bike at home (or ride to the farm!!)
Join us at the Portch Tea Farm in Emmaus for a cross-country run series! Race BCXC off-road at the farm, over fields and through swamps and woods! Like the fall run at Fifth Street Cross, you'll run two laps each race week; alternating weeks run in the opposite direction of the previous week.
Registration
There will be weekly, onsite registration available. Cash, CC, Venmo will be accepted.
Parking
Limited parking is available onsite, and we encourage carpooling. Bring all your friends!
Post-Race Chill
Every runner will get one complimentary Portch Tea Kombucha after the race. All runners get $1 off additional kombucha per night. Don DeVault usually makes something for the crockpot, too. You can make a night of it!

Points & Awards
The top 15 finishers each week will score points, which will add up week after week. Bonus points for inclement weather (must be raining or snowing or what-have-you at the start of the race). As is tradition, #fifthisfirst. The runner in 5th place at the end of the final race will be crowned the overall winner. There are separate podiums and scoring for the Overall and Women. That means a woman can place in the top 5 of two podiums, so bring your A-game, ladies!
We will hold an after-party award ceremony in the greenhouse after the race on April 3rd. The presentation of the season winners for the Overall and Women will take place here. We'll do it as quickly as possible so you can all enjoy the greenhouse vibes for the night.
