Hamburg Half Marathon
The Hamburg Half Marathon is a fast run on the newly completed section of the local favorite, Schuylkill River Trail (SRT). The SRT runs along the banks of the Schuylkill River. This course is extremally scenic and located in the historic area running in between the Blue Mountains and across the Appalachian Trail.
All runners will get a long sleeved tech shirt!

Both races are an out and back on the SRT towards Port Clinton . Starting at the Hamburg Community Park, the half marathon will run out to the Auburn Bridge and then back. The route includes views of the Stony Creek, the train station, and the crossing of the Appalachian Trail. The trail is flat and shaded which makes it a perfect spot!

TIME LIMIT
- 3 1/2 hours for the half
AID STATIONS
- 5k with water
- aid stations will be at approximately Mile 1.5, 3.75, 9.25, 11.5 We encourage everyone to bring their own fuel.
- Water, Gatorade and post race Breakfast will be available at the start/finish area.
PORTAPOTTIES
- Protopodites' will be located at the start/finish area
- Additional locations are 1.5 mile aid station

Parking
This is a new texParking will be at Hamburg Community Park. We encourage car pooling, but there is plenty of parking. There is also great facilities--including bathrooms near the start/finish area. There is the Hamburg Community Pool as well!t field ready for your content.
