Summer is split in to two 5 Week Sessions. We Practice Twice a Week.

PRACTICES ARE TYPICALLY 1 HOUR LONG

TEAM INFORMATION

TRACKSTERS AGES 3-4

• Athletes turning 3, 4 or not going into Kindergarten in 2026-2027
• A movement, running, jumping, throwing class with lots of games and creativity.
• Parents & Me style class 
• Includes T-Shirt & Ribbon
• Each Session is 9 Practices & 1 Junior Track Meet 
• 5 - 10 Athlete Class Size

JUNIOR TRACK STARS AGES 5-7 / K-1st

• Upcoming Kindergarten & 1st Graders for 2026-27 School Year
• Young elementary track and field team with focus on physical development and motor skills. Includes 60m, 400m, Hurdles, Tennis Ball Throw, Long Jump, and More. 
• Athletes only Practices
• Includes T-Shirt & Ribbon
• Each Session is 9 Practices & 1 Junior Track Meet 
• 1:7 Coach Ratio

FUTURE TRACK STARS AGES 7-10 / 2ND - 5TH

• Upcoming 2nd - 5th Graders for 2026-27 School Year
• Older elementary track and field team with focus on personal development and fine motor skills. Includes 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, Hurdles, Shot Put, and Long Jump.
• Includes T-Shirt & Medal
• Each Session is 10 Practices, including intersquad meets & 1 Track Festival
• 1:10 Coach Ratio

SENIOR TRACK STARS AGES 11-14 / 6th - 9th

• Upcoming 6th - 9th Graders 2026-27 School Year
• Encourage Middle Schoolers to commit to both sessions and a full summer of practices.
• Intermediate or middle school track and field team with focus on personal development and sport skills.
• 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, Hurdles, Shot Put, and Long Jump.
• Includes T-Shirt & Pin
• Each Session is 10 Practices, including intersquad meets & 1 Track Festival
• 1:15 Coach Ratio
