Why I Choose to Run/Walk
My journey with epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) began when tumors were discovered in my liver and lungs during routine imaging for Crohn’s disease. That diagnosis changed so much—my daily life, my sense of certainty, and the way I think about the future.
Living with EHE means living with an invisible disease that quietly steals your peace. I am deeply grateful for my stability, but that gratitude is often accompanied by the fear that the disease could become active again. With no approved treatments for EHE, I have had to learn how to live with uncertainty.
Choosing to raise money for EHE research gives me something powerful: hope. It gives me a way to turn fear into action and to fight for a better future—not only for myself, but for everyone affected by this disease.

- Earlybird registration is $40 through March 31, 2026.
- The fee increases to $45 beginning April 1st.
- Shirts will be shipped starting in early April.
- Save $10 by selecting "No T-shirt/Sticker Pack" during registration.
