27th Annual Rail Trail 10-Miler

York Road Runners Club members (and others), here is your opportunity to give back to the club and support our race and The ARC of York and Adams Counties. There are plenty of options for you to help and still run the race. If you're not up to running 10 miles, we can use your help on race day either on the course or at the water stations.

Race Description
On August 23, 2025, the York Road Runners Club will hold the 27th annual Rail Trail 10-Miler to benefit The ARC of York and Adams Counties.
The race starts at Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania, and runs ten gentle, downhill miles one way north along the scenic York County Heritage Rail Trail, passing through the oldest operational train tunnel in the nation, and finishing just before the Rail Trail crosses Princess Street in downtown York, PA.
After the runners finish the course, post-race refreshments (including craft beer from Collusion Tap Works) and entertainment will take place at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum (directly across the street from the finish line).
There is a 2 1/2 hour time limit to finish the race.

Busing from the finish line to the start line is available for runners who register early. Seating is VERY limited.

Age Group Awards
We will have awards for the top three finishers (for both men and women) in the following age groups:
Overall; 19 and under; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over
Bib Pickup
Early race packet pickup:
- Thursday, August 21 from 8:00am - 6:00pm at The Arc of York & Adams Counties' Hill Street Office (497 Hill Street, York, PA 17403)
- Friday, August 22 from 8:00am - 6:00pm at The Arc of York & Adams Counties' Hill Street Office (497 Hill Street, York, PA 17403)
Race day Packet pickup:
- Race Day Bus riders can pick up their packet on race day from 6:30am to 7:00am before they board the bus. PLEASE NOTE: Buses will leave for the start line at 7:00am.
- Non-bus riders can pick up their packet at Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in Seven Valleys starting at 7:00am
Parking
There is parking available at the start line at Liberty Christian Fellowship Church (7 Maple Street, Seven Valleys, PA). PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide transportation to the start area after the race. You will need to make arrangements to pick up your car after the race.
There is also parking at the finish line across the street from the Agricultural and Industrial Museum (217 W. Princess Street, York, PA). Bus transportation is available from the finish area to the start line before the race. Space is limited, you must sign up for this option during registration. Buses will leave for the start line at 7:00am.
