This year's CASA Superhero Run is going virtual. Let's come together as a community while staying apart!
Here is how it works...
1. Register to run/walk the virtual 5k or kids 1 mile.
2. Run/walk the distance on your own and then report your time to be added to the CASA Superhero Run results leader board.
3. Post your pictures on Instagram with the hashtag #SuperHeroForADay to win prizes

How to Submit Results
Results can be submitted any time between June 6 through June 14. If you enable text messaging when you sign up, you will be able to submit your time via text. You can also submit online at www.runsignup.com/superherorun by logging into your RunSignup account.
