Sprint Triathlon
Distance: 400 meters
Description: Sprint swimmers will follow a "snake" pattern (one lap then duck under the lane line four times).
Important Info: Swimmers will be relased ~10 seconds apart, entering / exiting using the stairs. No diving, no flipturns.
Distance: 10.5 miles
Description: Sprint cyclists will complete two "large loops", staying on the right side of the road for the majority of the course.
Important Info: No drafting allowed
Distance: 3.1 miles
Description: Sprint runners will complete one loop, staying on the left side of the road on Witherspoon and Henry, then staying on the right side of the road for Valley and Walnut
Important Info: Aid station present around the intersection of Henry and Witherspoon.
SuperSprint Triathlon
Distance: 300 meters
Description: SuperSprint swimmers will follow a "snake" pattern (one lap then duck under the lane line three times).
Important Info: Swimmers will be relased ~10 seconds apart, entering / exiting using the stairs. No diving, no flipturns.
Distance: 5.5 miles
Description: SuperSprint cyclists will complete one "large loop", staying on the right side of the road for the entire course.
Important Info: No drafting allowed,
Distance: 1.5 miles
Description: SuperSprint runners will complete an out-and-back on Henry Ave before returning to Witherspoon and finishing in the park.
Important Info: Aid station present around the intersection of Henry and Witherspoon.
Youth Triathlon
Distance: 100 meters
Description: Youth swimmers will follow a "snake" pattern (one lap then duck under the lane line three times).
Important Info: All athletes will be given ample time to travel down the slide and start the swim. No diving, no flipturns.
Distance: 3 miles
Description: Youth cyclists will complete one "small loop", staying on the right side of the road for the entire course.
Important Info: No drafting allowed,
Distance: 0.75 miles
Description: Youth runners will turn straight into the park to finish.
Important Info: Aid station present shortly after of transition.
