How to Post Your Virtual Results
While our race is virtual and we are running for the lives of victims and survivors of sexual exploitation and human trafficking, we are still working to make this event fun, competitive, and celebratory of every single participant that will wake up in the morning and walk/run for their lives.
Even though we cannot be in person, we want you to share your results with us so we can celebrate how you did and that you finished!
First Things First - How to Track your Time
Before you leave to begin your 5k (3.1 miles), download an app on your phone such as Strava or MapMyRun to track your distance. You can also utilize your FitBit, Apple Watch, or Garmin Watch. These apps will also keep track of how long it takes you to complete your 5k.
Next Step - Uploading your time
We want to celebrate with you as you cross the virtual finish line! In order to share your time and results with Freedom 4/24 and Run 4 Their Lives participants go to www.freedom424.org/lyh.
1. Go to the ‘results’ tab on our race page and select the “Submit Virtual Results” button shown at the top. It will look something like this.
2. You can input your registration number, which can be found in your confirmation email, or search for your registration by inputting your name, or email/date of birth!
3. After you find your name, select “Submit Virtual Results”. You can input your time by the hour, minute, and second. You will also have the option to check a box to simply list your completion of the virtual event without sharing your time.

Share on your personal social media page and post a picture of you after your 5k with the hashtag #R4TLlynchburg or tag @freedom424 to celebrate running for freedom, walking for justice, and raising our arms for victims and survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking!
